Tom and Christine are Getting Married!

Tom and Christine are friends of ours from Seminary. I had a great time with them at their engagement session. They are both lots of fun, spontaneous and needed little direction ~ they just wanted to be "close" to one another!

Jessica and Shawn's Wedding

It's official, my little sister is married! Congratulations to you both!!!
We arrived in San Diego a few days before the wedding. I was able to run some last minute errands with my mom and sister.

It was an honor to be a part of the planning for this beautiful wedding, to be my sisters maid of honor and to gain a wonderful brother in law.
The morning of the wedding, Jessica was very calm. She started to tear up while practicing her vows (we all did)! After we were done at the salon, we were off to the Prado in Balboa Park.
Jessica had a little frame with a picture of our grandpa in it on her bouquet. Our grandfather passed away about five years ago, he is still very missed.
Jessica and Shawn both "lit" up when they saw each other for the first time.
Luckily for me, Jessica and Shawn took pictures before their wedding. I was able to run around with them and put my dress on about 10 minutes before the wedding. It was so much fun taking pictures with Abby, (www.abigailkreusergallery.com).


Since it was Memorial weekend, the park was very crowded with visitors. Some took a few of their own pictures and one video taped the wedding ceremony.


My sweet husband Patrick surprised me with two nights in Las Vegas before the wedding. This was our first "6 days" without our children. We had a FABULOUS time (Thank you Uncle Kevin and & Aunt Stephanie ~ and my sister in law Laura for taking this picture)! This August 23rd we will celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary!

Happy Birthday to You, Happy Birthday Sweet Ella!

Ella celebrated her FIRST birthday with me! ~ only an hour, but I was honored. I met Ella and her parents at the park. It was fun watching Ella explore and share some some special moments with her parents! Here are a few of my favorites :)

It's a Girl!

Last night I was able to join Dave and Tracey in the birth of their baby. Dave and Tracey are very special friends of ours with such a beautiful story ~ it was an honor for me to be with them.
I arrived around 4:30pm and Tracey was fully dilated, but you wouldn't know it because she was feeling good and smiling! Things turned a bit around 8pm and Margaret made her entrance a few hours later.

First family portrait! You may be wondering why they are wearing Leis....Dave promised Tracey that they would go to Hawaii to celebrate their 10 year wedding anniversary...Margaret's postponed the vacation!

Boys, Brothers...Buddies

This little guy is only 5 weeks old. He has the sweetest grin and the most beautiful eyes. You can't look at his little face and not smile! His big brother loved holding him and giving him kisses. You could see how proud he was of his little brother. This family was so much fun to work with. They were all very relaxed and just enjoyed their time together.

At the Park with the Park's

It has been raining here for the past two days. Grandma Park came for a visit and we were not able to get out and see the sites here in Saint Louis. She did suggest buying a raft and going river rafting :) It was raining much harder then it does in San Diego.

My kiddos and I stopped at Forrest Park today and Tower Grove to burn some "stored" up energy today. It was beautiful!!!


I always try for the "group" shot....with four little ones, you never know what your are gonna get when you are photographing your own!
